Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase and use of FieldTrack360 SDK licences. The seller is DevsTree IT Services Private Limited (“we”, “us”), a company registered in India. By creating an account, starting a trial or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

1. What we sell

We licence software development kits (SDKs) for background location tracking on Android, iOS, React Native and Flutter, together with the documentation on this site. Plans, prices and what each includes are listed on the pricing page. Prices for India are in Indian Rupees and include GST as shown at checkout.

2. Your licence

On payment you receive a licence entitlement, from which you generate a licence key in your account. Each key is bound to one application identifier (package name or bundle ID). Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to build the SDK into that application and distribute it to your end users. SDK licences are perpetual unless the plan states otherwise.

You may not:

• share, resell or publish a licence key, or use one key for more apps than your plan allows;
• remove, bypass or tamper with the licence check;
• decompile or reverse-engineer the SDK, except where the law expressly permits it;
• use the SDK to track any person without the notice and consent the law requires.

3. Free trials

A free trial gives a time-limited licence so you can evaluate the SDK before buying. One trial is available per email address. When it ends the SDK stops tracking until a paid licence is applied.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card details. An order is complete when the payment is confirmed to us; a GST invoice is issued for every completed order. Payments are one-off — nothing on this site renews or charges you automatically.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Licence keys are digital goods delivered instantly. Once a key has been issued the purchase cannot be refunded. The full terms, including what happens if a payment fails or is taken twice, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Revocation

We may revoke a licence key that is shared, used outside your plan, obtained through fraud or a reversed payment, or used in breach of section 2. Revocation takes effect the next time the SDK checks in. Where the problem can be fixed we will contact you first.

7. Your app and your data

The SDK does not send location data to us; it stays on the device and in whatever backend you choose. You are the data controller for your users’ data and are responsible for your app’s privacy notices, consents and store compliance.

8. Intellectual property

The SDK, documentation, this website and the FieldTrack360 name remain ours. Your licence gives you the right to use them as set out above and nothing more.

9. Warranty and liability

The SDK is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable, but location accuracy depends on devices, operating systems and networks outside our control, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence concerned.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published on the date of that purchase; the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
