Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data DevsTree IT Services Private Limited collects through this website and the FieldTrack360 licence service, and what we do with it. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

The SDK does not send us location data

Location data captured by the SDK stays on the device and in the backend you choose. The only thing the SDK sends us is a periodic licence check, described below.

What we collect

• Account and order details — name, email, phone number, company name, billing country and state, GSTIN if you give one, and the app identifier you licence.
• Payment records — order and payment references and amounts from Cashfree Payments. We never receive your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Licence checks — the key prefix, app identifier, SDK platform and version, the result, and the IP address the check came from.
• Messages — what you send through the contact form, with your IP address.
• Website analytics — pages visited and device and browser information, through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta pixel and Statcounter, which use cookies.

Why we use it

• to deliver licences, receipts and GST invoices, and run your account;
• to verify licences and detect misuse such as shared keys;
• to answer support requests and enquiries;
• to keep tax and accounting records the law requires;
• to understand how the site is used and measure our marketing.

We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who process it for us: Cashfree Payments (payments), Google (email and analytics), Meta and Statcounter (analytics), and our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services in India. We also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account, order and invoice records are kept for as long as your licence is active and for the period Indian tax law requires after that. Licence-check and enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to run and protect the service.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for analytics cookies, by emailing support@fieldtrack360.com. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, cannot be deleted before that period ends. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
